Morley Court

Brief description

This project consisted of the refurbishment of a roof garden over a multi-story garage block owned by Plymouth Community Homes.

This involved the removal of all existing paving, soil and roof covering, the installation of a new waterproof membrane, new hard landscaping, planting and refurbishment of a Community Building. All works were carried out within the constraints of a confined inner City site with minimum disruption to residents and businesses.

This project was Highly Commended in the Abercrombie Awards for Best Community Project.
